After you receive our Home Inspection report and you submit your repair list to the seller, your agreed-upon requests will be addressed as you move forward towards closing your deal. Once the seller completes your requested inspection issues, A re-inspection can be scheduled after the repairs are completed. During our follow up visit, we will inspect only those items repaired by the seller, ensuring that the issues were addressed as agreed upon and offering you additional peace of mind. We do not re-inspect any item that was considered working properly or was not specified by the buyer’s request for repairs by the seller. There is an additional discounted fee for this inspection.
